How can I apply a conference?

Choose a Conference

Choose the conference you want to attend. You can find all conferences at munhood.com/conferences. If you are looking for a specific conference, you can search at munhood.com/search.

View the Conference

Examine the committees, the organisers, the location of the conference. Make sure that this information matches your criteria.

Then press the ‘Apply Now’ button at the bottom right of the conference banner.

Application Screen

Two types of data are requested from you on the screen that appears:

  • Position (such as Delegate, Chairboard, Staff Member)
  • Motivation Letter

Position

You indicate which position you would like to apply for at the conference. If your position is an in-committee position, you can make preferences about which committee you want to be in. If you do not see the preferences screen, either the position you have selected is not an in-committee position or the conference authorities have blocked it.

Motivation Letter

To increase the chances of your application being accepted, it is important to prepare a convincing text for the conference authorities. In your motivation letter, do not forget to convey your wishes with respect and courtesy and to mention your own achievements.

Send Application

After entering the information you entered, you are now ready. You can submit your application by clicking the blue button that says ‘Apply’ below. You can review and edit your application again at munhood.com/applications.
